The Claymore Group (Pty) Ltd, a limited liability company incorporated in South Africa, takes its data protection responsibility extremely seriously and handles personal details to which it has access confidentially and in accordance with legal regulations.

With respect to personal data received from European Union Member States, Claymore enters Contractual Clauses for Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data with its business partners and commits to observe with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This data protection declaration informs you about the nature, extent and purpose of the imposition, the storing and use of personal data.

Access Data

The Claymore Group collects data on the access to the pages which are stored as “server log files”. The following data is logged if applicable:

  • Source/reference that transferred you to the page

  • Used IP address
  • Used device/terminal

This access data will not be used for commercial purposes. The collected data is only used for statistical evaluations and the optimisation of the website.

Data that exceeds normal access data is only collected if the user of the website and/or customer voluntarily discloses information by means of the offered contact forms or the settings of his/her browser.

Data collected (e.g. name, email address, physical address, telephone number, etc.) using the contact form or through email communication, will be stored in order to answer questions and, if necessary, send requested information material.

We may also use the data for communication about publications, services, events or information of interest to you.
